1 can (234g) sliced pineapple, drained (reserved syrup) and slice each into 2
2 medium white onions cut into rings
1 medium red and green bell peppers, cut into rings
Marinade:
1/4 cup pineapple syrup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. iodized fine salt (3/4 tbsp. iodized rock salt)
