Ingredients:

3/4 cup granulated sugar, sifted
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbs. unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
