Tips to remember before making this bread.

Don’t confuse this with the Christmas bread recipe.
Ingredients:
3 cups siftend enriched flour
3 tsps. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 chopped citron
1/4 cup currants
2 tbsp. chopped candied lemon peel
2 tbsp. chopped candied cherries
1/2 chopped nuts
2 well-beaten eggs
3 tbsp. melted shortening or salad oil
